Christian, may I advise you to let the trans do its own thing! I have been in those shoes, and a couple words of wisdom. In a Electronic trans, you will never change gears faster then the PCM, and also, manually shifting the A4 is bad juju unless its setup with a manual valve body.
Nitrous issue, do you have a filter? If not, then check the inlet screen on the noids. If they click, but nothings coming out, I'd check for obstruction first (after making sure the bottle was indeed open I done that one a couple times). Then if theres no obstruction, call Ricky and he can talk you thru the tear down.

It does shift faster but the reason I do it like that is because on 1st and 2nd the car is crazy and when I put D from 1st to 2nd shift too fast that It doesnt get sometimes to the desired rpm, but yea Ill try that next time thanx guys for the advices, they are all taken for next time I hit the track

Christian, try doing your burnout and then put it in D (not OD) and race it. If its not exactly where you want it to be, get with a tuner and go over the parameters, shift time, rpm/mph etc.. GL
