Changing octane for power won't do squat. Octane is just an anti detonation rating.

I have also heard not to use a octane booster with nitrous. Its safer to just mix some race gas to raise your octane level.

I got that NX octane booster additive that came with the full kit I ordered from Nitrous Outlet. Think there's any worth in dumping some in the tank when I'm making nitrous runs? Figure a little extra anti-knock insurance can't be a bad thing.
