Going for 8's !!!!
 

This year we are going for 8's. The owner of the car is Charlie Vincel of St. Louis, MO. The car is a 2002 Z28. We switched to a carb instead of EFI. The fastest time previously was a 9.43 before the carb. All of the fabrication was done by Dan Schell at Race Cars LLC. We will see you all at the LSX Shoot out.

Question: Was that shrink wrap around the solenoid wires? Nice setup btw. Very clean install!

Yes when you order a kit from Wilson Manifold they heat shrink all the wires and run them all into a weather connector.

No we haven't made any passes yet, but we are tomorrow or wednesday to make some shakedown passes on the motor. We still have to have the cage certified. we are waiting on that.
