What will it take to go 10's?

Mods are in sig. I will be adding a Harris wet kit, not sure which one yet, more likely a plate kit. I would like to try and accomplish this with the stock heads.

Yeah, I ran a 7.77@89.9 but I was having problems hitting the rev limiter like a motherfucker on the 1-2 shift and the 2-3 shift. Was really pissing me off. But I fixed that problem. I am going to run the car again this friday. Hopefully will knock 1.5-2 tenths off with the rev limiter problem fixed. Also, my car won't 60foot for shit. Best 60 foot was a 1.74:( Not sure why it won't 60 to good. Might be time to refresh the convertor or even step up to a higher stall. Then again, going higher stall with the nitrous is not good either.

Some tires capable of 1.6 60' and a 100 shot. I had a friend with a similar setup..3500rpm convertor, HPE S+ cam(430NA rwhp), 100 shot (517RWHP). With a 1.6 60' he went 10.9 @ 125 couple weeks ago.

On my cam/bolt on LT1 it took a 250 shot with the bad tranny.

Dual staged 200 shot.

I ran the times in the sig stock internels, full weight car. Headers, 3500 stall converter, slicks, 9" rear

Give Matt at Harris Speed a call, based on your setup im sure he can walk you through a good nitrous system that will give you the power to get where you want to go. personally i love the plate and i think it looks sick, just got mine on my Z28. Can't beat the price or quality.

good to hear it, they are great guys up there and will definitly help you out. plus you really cant beat the price and quality of their kits. im a good friend of nicks and i saw all the time that went into engineering that plate. Nick is a mechanic, he works on every car that goes in there, but he's an engineer first. personally i love having someone that intelligent working on my cars and designing the products that go into them. haha they are definitly helping me a lot along the way of this build, and there is still PLENTY to come. give them a call

It's not a GTO and it's not a LS2, but my LE2 LT1 put down 403 RWHP and ran a high 11. I am looking at adding a 150 shot and really hope to flirt with the 10's
