Well, I have no idea what your engine consists of, so I can't be of much assistance. Don't push the limits of the shortblock by adding N2O, but if you know it'll hold the power, go for it. If you're going to have it tuned, ask your tuner what he feels safe starting at, if you're tuning it, I say start at something small (like a 35 shot) get a feel for how it reacts, and up jet as you feel safe....My boosted car (non-LSx) doesn't make the power yours does, but thats how I went about my nitrous tuning, and its held for awhile now, at 26 lbs...

I'd also start with a small shot of 35 or so, like he said. Alot of boosted cars pick up alot with N2O. You could see 50 rwhp with a 30 shot.

On another note, if you're tuning the car yourself, MAKE SURE you read your plugs while tuning.....it can make the difference in bad days and good ET's

.

Agree with screamin. My buddy with a blown SBD put a used plate kit on it & it picked up way more than the guy he bought it from. We also assumed it was because it helped cool the hot air from compressing. Start slow & be safe.
