Need help figuring out wiring on older FJO 908 RPM WINDOW SWITCH

Well I seem to have bought an older model and the wiring diagram on the fjo site is only for their new one. mine only has 5 wires instead of six.

If someone could just tell me if I am right or not that would be a huge help.

wires are:

Black- ground

Red- power

green- tach signal

and two white wires, I am assuming one for each stage.

Can anyone confirm this for me?

Thanks,

Steve

Sounds like you have the ZEX one (made by FJO for ZEX)
Its single stage and has different wires than the 908

It dosent have enough wires to be a 2 stage. Two stage needs the following:
white-power
blk-ground
yellow-stg1
orange-stg2
blue-tps
grn-rpm

Take a look at these instructions:

Yes I looked at those.

Here is what it says on the bottom of my window switch:

"CWS0908 SER#1100 908 Window Switch, Dual Channel"

That is what is confusing me.

Thank you very much for the help.

From looking at the wiring diagrams I see that does have the correct corresponding wires.

My last question is, does it matter which of the white wires goes to either the wot switch or the relay?

No it dosent matter which white wire, they just gain continuity when it activates.
