I'm having a baby!!
 

Well my wife and ijust found out that we are haveing a baby. The only really bad thing about this is the timing couldn'nt be worse for her. I'm leaving for Iraq again in a month. So i'll come back to about a 3 or 4 month old kid :chug:.

Not sure. just know when i report they send me where ever they need a dog handler

congratz, dunno the regs for the navy but the AF just came out with a thing where you get a 10 day permissive TDY when your kid is born. I bet one of my buddies is pissed right now about that. just got done taking leave for having a kid like 2 weeks ago and that reg just came out like this week lol. I too am going on a deployment, only for 4 months in Kuwait tho.

Congratulations! You will find that being a dad is one of the most rewarding things you will do in life. I am rapidly realizingt this for the first time since having our little boy a couple weeks ago. It is just a shame that you can't be there to see him come into the world.
