Default Went for a ride in Mark's car tonight....

1 word, Holy ****! Ok that was two words..

He laid into it a few times and man oh man this thing pulls freakin hard!

And mind you this is comming from a guy who is not easily impressed.

I believe that you will hit your goals of 9's in this beast.

Whatever "man who shall not me named here" did with your tune was awesome.

Good job!

Yes indeed, The Penguin made some good progress last nite on my SD tune!

It took us a while to sort out how to make the WB O2 display correctly (WB AFR, Commanded AFR & AFR Error....the key to SD tuning) but once he got that figured out the tune came around quickly. Shoot, we were done before midnight.

The car idles fine, 'normal driving' is MUCH improved, and it feels like it has more power at WOT than it ever did. The Red Sled literally almost flies at 120 in 3rd gear. Huh Chad?

Thanks for taking the time to do this on a work nite buddy!

Hey Boeing guy, I'm not sure that's what you're supposed to make happen with your car! Might want to track down a larger rear spoiler

It aint the rear that is the problem, if I roll into it the rear stays planted (as do the passenger's butts). But the front shocks were completed extended, as we found out when I lifted.

Yep, HPT, with 2 LC-1s, one on each side, but only using one of them to tune with....

And of course it was on a closed road course Josh. (or maybe it was on a divided Hwy with no cars for 1 mile infront or behind at midnight....I have to be pretty selective about when & where I lay into it for more than a couple of seconds now)

HA, you crack me up Todd! I got it running - no gas leak & idling perfectly - if you want to stop by & really hear it sometime.

As for YOU Chad.....

Magazine? MY car?! That'll be the day....

It IS just about ready to go. One more tuning session with the Penguin, Dyno tune, cage install, DS loop & tires and I can take it to the track. I CAN'T FRIGGIN WAIT!!!

Default tuner for hire?

I hate to butt in, but you guys are pretty close to me. Is this "tuner who may not be named" up for hire to get my LS1 powered Ford tuned in close after I get it all together for the last time. It will probably be 2 months before I am ready. I hate to have to trailer it down south just to get it to run for more than 2 sec like I did with my last one. Got a stock ECM that will need a flash, also was wondering what O2 sensors to get. I have an ACCELL 4 wire 2175 that came with the GEN7 setup for my ****** but I used a wideband so I have this left over if it will work but if there's something better I'm up for it.

Most all of the local guys have transferred to lsx nation . net

Said tuner goes by twisted Z over there, don't know if anyone checks their tech accounts here anymore.

Good luck with the tune
