Sup Northwest!
got a 67 camaro (details in the hybrid forum for now)
I want to put an ls engine in it. I settled on the 5.3 cause it was cost effective. The car needs loads of work so for now just a mild ls swap will do (I can always go wild later).
well Craigslist isn't any help for once.
Does anyone know any yards in the local area that would have an engine maybe an engine/transmission combo. i'm not really looking to spend too much more than 500 (500 to 1000). 1000 for be a complete engine from ecu to transmission. I have done alot of research and this seems to be a fair price.
total cost of this part of the project has to stay under 2500 tops. if i am going to keep my project on track.
