Kah-Nee-Ta summer cruise

Kah-Nee-Ta summer cruise Talking with Tim (Salvage) this past weekend at my place, we thought it would be fun to get a bunch of locals together and cruise out to Kah-Nee-Ta Resort & Spa. It's roughly an hour and a 1/2 drive there from the Portland area. There is some awesome roads to do some racing on out that way. Kah-Nee-Ta also has a really nice golf course, casino and new swimming pool along with a pool w/ slides and other fun stuff if you have children. I plan on staying 1 night out there and cruising back the following day. We haven't come up with a date just yet. I figured we could figure that out and see what works for the majority of us. I was thinking sometime in mid July or early August. If you are interested, post up what weekends work best for you in the July/August months and we can put something in the books!

I'd love to go if I'm still here, as some of you know I'm in the Air Force and waiting to leave so I most likely wont be around, but it sounds like it will be a good time!

Don't hate on the casual pouch. Look at it this way, the less clothing worn = more weight loss in the car which then = a faster car.

Being it's a fairly short drive and they have a 2 night minimum stay during the summer months, I was thinking we could just all meet up out my way early morning on a Saturday or Sunday and then head out. We will have a full day to hang out, do some racing, lounge by the pool, grub, golf, dinner, etc.

I vote for August, I'll be in BR at the shop the last 2 weeks in July. I also noticed the 2 night minimum and their per night price has increased significantly from last year. Have you asked about group pricing?
