And here I thought our govenor was bad! RE: California emissions in OR I read just this morning on NWCN that Oregon's Govenor K. is pushing to the CA emissions thru OVER the legislature. He will be forming a task force to determine how he can adopt CA emissions without taking it to legislature.

One thing we can do is ask our OR members (and anyone you know in OR) to call their Reps and make a stink about it ... maybe it the reps start hearing from the people about how they don't like what is going on something could happen ... other than that, I would have to do alot of research ... something I am not up for this morning! lol
