Default Car will definitely be done Thursday!

Got a call from Shaun letting me know my car will definitely be finished on Thursday, so I am for sure in for racing on Friday... Most of all I'm just excited to see if I can finally lay down some 6k clutch dumps without getting slippage like I got from the McLeod...

He also mentioned that he's got a very cool Corvette drag car there, so if anyone wants to see it, be sure to stop on by.

Breakin is overrated. I think that is why mine works so good. Install on friday, 6k dumps the next day. When i bought it they told me to break it in like i would drive it.

Yeah, this is what was said by the RAM techs on break-in of the Powergrip HD clutch:

"How to break in your new HD clutch: Drive to the track, do your burnout as normal... then launch the dog **** out of it. After that, it's broken in."

My kind of break-in...

I bet you must be excited huh ?! I wish I could be there to race with you guys, but it's not in the cards for me this time around I'm looking forward to your impression of this clutch as far as street driving goes since I'm considering this very same clutch. Decent prices on these

So you're not making it, huh? That does suck! I'll let you know how it goes... hopefully it's the whiplash inducer I'm hoping it is.

What tires are you running now Jason? And when will you be at Shauns today?

Still running my 26" ET Streets... I'm hoping to finally put them to a real test in holding a launch. I should be there around 6 or shortly after.
