Friday is nixed for the pro-cam-era. Mr Gearhed is having to commute to Lewis this week and probably won't make the track until around 8pm (we thought he would have the day off!).

If it rains we'll show at Hooters. Lynnwood, right?

I walked by you numerous times. First GTO I've seen at the track and my wife and I were both admiring that beauty.
Be sure and say hello next time! I guess that makes 3 of us that were there then. I too like to put faces with names and cars.

If its not raining I am going. I will give you a call Mark. FYI, I know a big short cut to the track that comes out onto 18 two exits from the track. My brother in law showed me on the way to driving school. Can you say NO TRAFFIC?

Good luck you guys... I'll be on my way to Portland, so I won't even be able to pick up my car tomorrow, let alone go racing.

I will be picking it up on Monday though... so I'm all in for Bremerton next weekend.

Default Friday night @ PR

I ran a best of 12.34 and it wasn't enough for two pontiacs from the board. Sardog got me good but I new it was coming going in and a RED WS6 pulled on me and we both ran low 12's. I couldn't 60 to save my A@$ all night. The time I ran a 12.3 I got a 1.8 60FT and it should had been an 11 with a 1.6. I'm still scratching my head.

Yeah, you guys all had really nice runs. Those cars look, sound and are just plain bada$$! I'm planning on running at Bremerton next weekend if anyone else does. Guess I'm gonna break down and join that car club. Try some of the ideas WAHUSKER and sardog46 gave me......I'll try my hardest for 12's although that might yet be a long shot. Anyway, I had a blast and I can't wait to run with you guys.

Yhea I had a good time tonight. The Track was hooking hard, Mark said i had alot of wheels up action.

Well didn't get to make any nitrous runs, with the electrical problems i had, but did set a new best motor time, and 60ft.

1/4---11.101@126.4

60ft---1.44 This sixty was after the electronics quite so i just bounced the 7200 limiter and let it fly and it dead hooked. First time i can recall seeing no track

oh and elis i might need to talk to you about 4th gear give me a call 360-320-1245

That was a friggin blast last night.

One run I was sitting there behind Jason getting ready to do my burnout watching his lights go, he nails it, front wheels are dancing with gravity and the car instantly shoots towards the center line, does he get out of it? HELL NO! Points it forward and rows through the gears! Awesome!

Man I love being at the track!

My best was 13.038 @ 106.8

All the rest of my runs were 13.13 to 13.14, so the catback got me a solid tenth off my times from last year without it.

I want a 12 so bad I can taste it. I'd really like to do it before I put on headers and a new valvetrain.

I ran a lighting, I beat him at the light, but those things pull like a mother through 1st and 2nd gear and he pulled a car on me, I caught him around the thousand foot mark and got him at the line. LS1's BABY!!

Yeah dog, if I had known my wifes digi cam had a 2 sec delay when the flash was on, I would have had that wheelie on film. That was AWSOME! And I was standing 20' from your car when you did it....what a rush!!!

My car was running pretty good. I ran a 12.22, 12.23 & 12.25 @ 113. All on Nittos. So if last time out holds true, I could hit a 12.19 on a good run on the QTPs. (meaning the tuning was worth 1/10th & 1mph) But it looks like the elusive 11 sec pass could be a pipe dream. Skinnies are worth a 10th at best, so that leaves me around 12.09. If $ were no object I'd try the Mez water pump & the Cam Motion cam......

Nice to meet the 2 'new guys' that posted above. Not that I got to talk to the GN dude. He & sardog were blabbing the whole time. Nice cars guys!

LIke evryone has said already, it was a great time, I just wish i didn't have the problems i did. Hell the last two runs were all by sound. It is hard to race with no tach, or interior lights.

Hey jp87gn, sorry about that That gnx is just badass, In my opinion that thing could run 20's and still be bad ***. Defenatly a very bad *** car.

And want to talk about driving...Ask doug. Man he made me proud.
Secong gear about throws him in the wall and he comes out of it like nothing happend.................VERY NICE

Rick, You had some very nice runs. I can't beleive you can can shift that thing faster than the computer. Bad ***

And Mark....What are we going to do for you, I think it is time to go for the stuff i talked about doing with your cam I think that would get you there

Okay, I just got home from being at little league since 8am this morning so now I will post. Leaving the line off idle to 2k rmps and shifting normal (mean no power shifting for me) netted some consistent 12.8's @ 113mph. First run out of the box was a 13.0 @ 110mph. There is a lot left in it if I could bring myself to launch hard. The best part is I killed a couple of mudstains and an Audi.

The computer can't feel it nose over. I actually only shift from 1-2 manually then let the computer do it from 2-3.

Yeah, it was real fun last night, I just wish I could have pulled some better short times and been looking for my first 11 sec pass, Owe well, it will come this year. It was fun running the F-body guys even though I got beat down a few times. When I ran with Wahusker he ran a 12.22 w/ a 1.79 60ft and I ran a 12.55 w/ a 1.92 60ft so If I would have 60ed better it would had been head to head.

With the tires you had on the GN I was wutie surprised to have you at the 60'. From there on it was a pretty even race. Get it to hook & it will be VERY interesting!!!

As for you Tranzor, you better make it to B-town next weekend. My QTPs are good for at least .03, any better than that & HONK HONK, slower traffic move to the right buddy.
