Cruise to Deception Pass 10/16

Cruise to Deception Pass 10/16 Steph and I where talking about this over AIM, and was wondering if anyone wanted to do a nice little cruise out to Deception Pass. We'd take all backroads from the Stanwood area, which isn't a bad drive, then through LaConner and maybe stop by Bills (this assuming he is home and wants to see some people) and meet Brandon. We'd then go out to Highway 20, then over to Deception Pass, probably hang out and take some pics, then head back to Stanwood where I would supply Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, drinks, etc for a BBQ.
Anyone up for this?

A cruise sounds like a GREAT time, unfortunately it looks like I'm going to be in Chehalis visiting my mom next weekend so I won't be home

Working. Sundays are the days that my boss leaves as soon as I walk in the door and I am in charge. I would love to do one of these because the scenery is so nice this time of year and would make for some great backgrounds for car pictures.

Sounds like fun and good times, but I'm out. A bit too far for me and especially with the weather being pretty much crappy the rest of the week. Have fun though!

Hopefully the weather will be nice..I think we all need a day off to just go for a cruise...This one isn't too long, but it should be a nice one. And a good opportunity to get some good group pics of our cars... 
I've never been to deception pass, but I've heard that it is nice. Douglas and some of the others that live there, will have to show us around the area

So where is Deception pass, for some reason in the back of my mind I'm thinking it is close to me.. I wouldn't be driving my Camaro but I haven't really done much with the group recently and would love to go for a drive.

it's about 25 minutes from I-5 at exut 230...or u can take the back way at exit 22x (i think it's lake mcmurray or something like that) there are some nice straights on best rd.

Nate - Thats the plan, but we'll probably get off Best toward LaConner and go out through the Reservation.
I am thinking Exit 212, which is the Stanwood/Camaro Island exit, Park-N-Ride. Its right off the offramp, first left, can't miss it. I was thinking around 1. Then for anyone that wants back to my place for BBQ. Even if the weather is crappy we have plenty of room inside for everyone, and plenty of parking.

Eh don't think I can afford gas + racing fee for sunday so I'll come up there for the cruise 
of course I'll bring the camera and digital camcorder and try and find a passenger or maybe even let a buddy drive the car while I shoot
