Default 3" disk (where can I get one?)

I need a 3" disk (like a washer but with no hole in the middle)

needs to be relatively strong, 1/8" plastic

I do have a square of 1/8 (0.125 inch) aluminum,
but no way to cut it

any idea's would be awesome,

Russ

can you use a jig saw to cut the Al? or a pair of tin snips, or does it have to be more exact?

At my house I have a tool that you put in a drill press that you can change the diameter of. It's basically a sharp edge that spins in a circle and you just slowly cut away.. Might want to try to find one of those.

that would have worked perfect,

but Mike (with the broken driveshaft) helped me out,
we used his dremel and bench grinder
I ended up getting some staneless.
worked great.

i just got outta the hot tub, working fine.
