Default Finally fired up the LS7 but it needs help.....

Been too busy to even post...here's the post from last night https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iv-internal-engine/482110-fired-ls7-swap-up-tonight.html

I have another PCM coming to eliminate the tuning from HPT. I have no throttle body action at all.

Happy to see you so far along, John. We'll have to do a conversion cruise somewhere! You with yours, me with the LQ4 into C4 Vette, The LS1 into C3 Vette guy in Gig Harbor, and the LS1 into Olds Rocket 88!

Why do you think the TB isn't working? Maybe the wrong TAC module?

Very Nice John. I am getting ready to do my own conversion. I was going to do a LSx motor but Have not found one that did not cost an arm and a leg so I am going to do a TPI 'Based" converion on a 79 Chevy Step side I have just about every thing except the turbo's now!

You going to put an "Ellis enhanced" LT1 intake on that TPI? I thought about switching to a LT1 intake on my pickup, but I'm working on other issues right now....like trying to get the thing to stop. Going to be ordering some SS brake lines soon. I think the the old lines are probably ballooning up, cause the brakes suck!

Just Say No to Stepsides!! Get an S-10 for that project Ellis! That would definitely ensure the blue monster's "slow car" status is kept.
