2 days at thunderhill with ProFormance racing just signed up... we are going at the end of july. there are still slots available, so I am wonering if anyone here wants to join up. $750 fee includes 2 days of lapping (all sessions organised by proformance racing), lunches, BBQ party and such. there will be instructors available.
the track is near willows, CA.
I've never been there before, but from what I hear this is fairly high-speed track with plenty of run-off space

If I did not have kids I would probably do it. Instead I have other things to do with my vacation time that is not track related. So I will have to settle for a couple of lapping days a month this year. Have a great time out there.

As long as you are ready for a lot of off-camber turns and high speeds, you are going to have a blast. I think $750 is a bit much for 2 days there, but you will have fun because for that amount of $$$ there won't be a whole lot of people to crowd the track. Bring an extra set of brakes, pad, and fluid because over that time period and the amount of laps you are going to run you will need them. Don't have toooooo much fun.
