6.0L please!

buy whatever is cheaper and put a 6.0 in... take outs are only about $1k and all the small 5.3 stuff swaps over to the 6.0 shortblock. Of course... the L76/L92 stuff is out now.... and it bolts onto a 6.0 bore.... so performance gets cheaper again :)

Yup Cory I was thinking that but If I get a 6.0 to begin with I do not have to screw with it(save for a small cam) for a few years ;)

LOL, you guys kill me...

It was a nice drive home from Dallas, Thanks again Jim! Jim and I flew out of SeaTac at 6:15am on Saturday morning. Arrived in Dallas at 1:20 pm that afternoon, Got in the truck and on the road at 3:15pm Saturday. And at 11:30pm sunday night arrived back at home.

The drive was 2291 miles from the dealership to my driveway. Averaged 17.4 MPG point to point. We had one problem with a flat tire about half way through Montana. But otherwise I am extremely happy with the truck.

Its getting new tires all the way around as I type this.
