Looks like it's just about dead center in Nebraska, south of Valentine between North Platte & Broken Bow. I hope to go next year....may even take in a Pro Street race at one of the tracks (S Dak, Neb, Kan or Iowa?)

Well Ill see ya there then. I WILL have a car by then unless something big comes up. Ive always wanted to do an open road race. Just never knew there was one so close to me.

I've been wanting to do one ever since we went to one in Nevada with our moderator NataSSInc & Racehead. And this one will allow me to go to Omaha & visit family, and go to the drags with them. But I only plan to run in the 120mph class with a tech speed of 140. Not trying to push my car to it's limit (& risk wrecking / blowing it up). I WILL push it in the 1/2 or 1 mile shootout! 
But I found 2 rules that I need to call them about for my car. 1 - no alcohol fuel (I run a squirt of methanol to keep my air charge cool under boost) and 2 - cars lower than 4" must call (mine is about 3" at the lowest point).
They also say no drag radials are allowed in the 1 mile shootout. Thank God you are going after the highest speed not elapsed times. Should be fun if I can make it. Hope to see some of you guys there!

, I'm down here in Yankton. Black97SS, I believe I saw ya at the canton cruise night this past july. I dont know if you remember, but I had the black Z-28 in the pizza ranch parking lot. You were parked right behind me. If my memory serves me right, that thing sounded bad ***.
