Default Brake overhaul in the Eastside Seattle area?

Hey, I'm new to the seattle area and looking for a reliable shop to overhaul my brakes in the Redmond/Kirkland/Bellevue area? or just bite the bullet an' go to a Chevy dealers?

I'm getting a "grabbing" sensation when I brake at speeds below 20 mph, as if I have warped discs....are stock discs prone to warping?

Thanks...and I apologise for the dumb questions in advance

Have you consider doing it yourself? You could save a lot of money, and if it's just an issue of rotors / pads, that kind of stuff is ridiculously easy. I'm pretty much retarded when it comes to working on anything complicated, but I do all my own brake work.

All you'd really need to do is have your rotors turned, or replace them with new ones, and get some new pads, and as long as your calipers are okay, that's pretty much it.

For something as simple as a brake job I would go to Firestone in Kirkland.

If it had to be In Kirkland I would go see Pat at Omni. Never had parts fall off my car after they worked on it
