Ellis will do all you will need done, the best takes a little longer in my experience,.. so maybe try to "book" your slot as soon as you can!!!

Business must be good, everyone too busy to call back to answer few questions.
Hey does anyone know if you turn off the computer for the sensor before install headers, would it effect the performance, gas efficiency, etc.?

I had been emailing Nick from the desert telling him that when I got back I wanted to purchase one of your much talked about twin turbo race systems for my Mustang. He was very helpful and I had heard nothing but good things about you and your company so I was pretty excited.
When I got back I contacted him via phone and he didn't remember me, but that's ok. I know what it's like to run a business and it's hard to remember everybody. He told me he was extremely busy, but he would call me back in 15 minutes to talk. He called me back 2 days later saying he had a phone number laying there and he had no idea who I was or what it was for. I told him again who I was and what I wanted (A little upset now). He told me you guys had only made 2 twin turbo race systems and you had no idea when you would be selling them to the public. I was under the impression from our emails that it would be available for purchase when I returned. I was disappointed, but it was probably a misunderstanding on my part.
So I asked him what he could do to meet my power goal with a single race system. We briefly talked about it and decided to do something along the lines of a Y2K 88mm kit, but didn't get into specifics exept that i would have to buy the turbo on my own. He said he would call me back in a few days and we would hash everything out. I told him I was ready to buy, but needed exact prices to budget out my build (what else wasn't included???). I never got a call back. I waited several more days and called back, but got no answer. I left a message and still got no call back. I emailed him a few days later saying that I knew you were busy, but I neeed specifics of what the kit included and was without so I could budget my build. I never got a call back and I took my business elsewhere.
I don't know if he thought I was a dreamer or what, but I had $10K cash laying here for a turbo kit and I was given shitty customer service. I was really upset because I had heard nothing but great things about your company and really wanted to do business with you especially since you are a local company. Hopefully you can train him to better take care of future customers so they don't have the same experience I did. I wish you no ill will, but if somebody asks I will tell them about my personal experience. I told the original poster that I hoped he at least got a call back. HE DIDN'T. How many other people with thousands of dollars have not been called back? It's your business. Again, I have no ill will towards you just buyer beware. Best of luck.

Well I have had the exact opposite experiance with TT compared to NVME. Everytime I have dealt with them, they allways call me with needed info or what not. They also back up there work and are stand up guys, which goes a long way in my book. I just quit the nitrous company I was working for, and they allways answered the phone, but they were only interested in taking your money, so... Having been in buss for myself a couple times I can state for a fact that you can't please everyone everytime. Sorry you had a percieved bad experiance NVME, however, I don't think this applies as a whole to TT, imo.
