Default wws699 vs Krautburner - entire race pic series....

Man, I really love this new camera, it captures some totally kickass pictures... check out this action sequence from Bremerton on 5/21/07... I grabbed the entire race from burnout to win light...

Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi... just using the stock 18-55mm lens right now, I wanna get something better, though.

It must be a nice camera. I have had a couple digitals, and I can not figure out how to get a nice set of continuse pics like this? What I mean is, on mine you have to hit the button half way and wait for green light, then take pic, it sucks. Nice set of pics though.

It's a decent entry level digital SLR... it doesn't have a lot of frills like shooting videos or anything like that, but it does take awesome quality still photos. This camera has a continuous shooting mode that will snap one picture after another at a rate of about 3 shots per second, 39 pics in a row.

So I just get the shot set up, hold the button down, and follow the cars down the track... The originals of these photos are much larger, I cropped them down so you saw more of the cars.

I use the XT and Amanda has the XTi... I recommend the 17-85mm IS lens or for racing probably the 100-300mm IS.

Nice shots though Zeke.

I need to get out to the track soon if anything just to take some pictures.
