My poor SS is still damn near stock and never ran better than a 13.64 (IIRC) in the Phoenix heat. I'm not home around her enough to do any real mods, so she's sleeping in storage with her new paint until I'm home more often and able to work on her. Though in a month it sounds like I'll be taking her out for a run to the coast.

While I have always drag raced, I'm wanting to use my SS as more of a road race and auto-x type car. Drag racing is fun, but running through the mountains on the way to the coast, dropping a gear or two going into a corner and coming out hard on the throttle grabbing the next gear before swooping into the next corner......ahhh, so much fun!
