Default Boyce post up pics of the new toy!!!

I want to see some pictures of that nasty thing. I tell you what if you can post up pics of all of them I want to see the Sega. I'll post up pics of mine as soon as I get to the office. Also anyone else who happens to have some cool legal firearms post up the pics.

The Saiga-12 was an impulse purchase due to how I think the next election might go. And I bought that quite a while ago.

The other is nothing special but no home is complete without one. Cheap, super reliable, large capacity, big scare factor and gets the dirty work done cheaply.

Magazine fed, gas operated, 12guage, 10 rnd mags. Built on the Kalishnikov operating system. Its pretty much a 12 guage AK-47. I have the pistol grip conversion in route (90.00) and a couple of 20 rnd drums coming as well.

Here is the whole load minus the Saiga pictured above and the new toy.

The Saigas are dirt cheap as far as a firearm is concerned. They run about as much as an AK. They use all the same internals but just a bit bigger for the 12 guage.

The problem is finding one. They are really hard to get imported into the states and once they do get in most of them are spoken for as soon as they arrive. When I put money down on it the dealer didnt even know when thier next shipment would arrive. 4 months later it finally did and they only got 3 or 4 of them. When I went to pick it up I asked how come there werent any out on display and the guy said that they were all sold before they arrived.

Interesting. Though, truth be told, I have no clue what a new AK costs.....but I will have to put one on my get-em-soon wish list.

You can get a chinese AK that will go for less than 400.00. I got my AK for considerably less than that.

LOL! I have had most all my guns for years. One of them I have had since I was 18. I picked up a couple new ones in the past 6 or 7 months just because of how I think the next election might go. Its better to buy guns when they are "on sale" so to speak.

This is my 1969 Remington model 1100. It is from the first production run of 20 gage. This was also the first auto shotgun with gas blow back design. This gun is still made today making it the longest running shotgun series ever. It was also the base for many later shot guns IE the street sweeper.

As for the G3 I'll let you try to guess what it was. It is real, and all matching parts. Boyce you gona throw a number out there?

I have a pretty similar gun... it's an Ithaca SKB semi-auto 20 gauge from around 1972 or so. This was the first gun I ever shot back when I was a kid.

That gun is really nice Zeke. I personally would never own one, Espically in this part of the country. Try and go hunting in hunting season with that, and within one season that pretty mat blue finish will be an orange brown color. lol.

I have a Mossburg m144 22 LSB bolt action that was made in the Early 1940's. It has the 7 round clip, that I had to replace, and it cost me over 200. It has the bull barrel on it. The rifle weighted in at a staggering 18.7 lbs. My grandfather shaved the stock down and was able to get it under 17lbs. It has an old 2x2 side mount scope that was purchased with the gun in the early 1940's. I had it appraised at 975.00, if the stock had been untouched it would have been a little over 1200.00

For turkey- Huglu. I know kinda Ironic, Its made in Turkey, and All I hunt with it are Turkeys
Ducks/Geese-Stoeger

Here is the new one. Finally got all the cosmoline off it last night after an hour of scrubbing it. Its been so long since I have had one of these apart I had forgotten how remarkably simple they are. No wonder Kalishnikov is considered a national hero over there. Thomas just click on the pcitures and they will expand.

With it cousin

And the expandable pic of everything

Zeke, thats a real nice bird gun. So you hunt much? If there are any pheasant hunters out there in the group I would really like to get out and chase a couple this year but have no idea where to go for them. All the placed I used to go are all now developed into industial areas or sub divisions.
