TTI Dyno Day Spring 2008

Well, I can make it... it's been awhile since Team NW saw the BADBIRD make a run.
Last time she dyno'd at Turbo Tech (2003 I think) she put down 280rwhp.
Since then I've added a chrome oil fill cap and smaller muffler (it's pretty loud). Hoping for the magic 300!
If there's room on the list, I'm in.

We left at 4pm, and they still had plenty of cars left. What a great event! I think it was the best yet, with the nice weather, the BBQ, and the nice cars. Oh yeah and that chili ROCKED, didn't it! Thanks to TurboTech and everyone who chipped in with food etc. I'm looking forward to Russ's compilation video.
My numbers were down a little from last November. I'm pretty sure it's from the weather conditions. In November it was 49 degrees, and today it was 78 degrees. No trophy for me this time, a couple heavy hitters showed up. Congrats to the winners.
Here's my numbers, compared to the last event. Kinda interesting! The red curve from today was a little higher until 5500rpm. That's when the cold November air (blue curve) made a little more boost at the peak. If you get the dyno run files from Nick and the Dynojet Winpep viewer, you can check stuff like this.
(11/26/2007) SAE 670/599, uncorrected 707/633
(04/12/2008) SAE 654/607, uncorrected 669/621

What a great turnout today! Saw some very nice cars, ate some kick a$$ food, burnt my head in the sun and got a snout full of exhaust. What more could you ask for? Thank you TTi for putting this event together!
This was my first dyno with my new setup and I am very happy with the results.
I have to thank Ellis for all the time he put into getting the tune where it is and Mark for all the hook-ups! Without these two I highly doubt I would have gone the route I have with my car.
These numbers are at 10psi. There is a certain someone who thinks my boost gauge is not accurate and i'm actually pushing more boost.... I'll be testing my gauge in the next day or two.
If in fact I am pushing 10 now i'm going to start researching having a bigger crank pulley fabbed up and try to spin the blower a little faster.... last time I checked it still has a bunch more rpm abilities than what i'm currently using.

I had a great time today, some nice looking rigs out there.
I was hoping to make more than what I did, but dyno numbers aren't everything.
368hp and 327tq
And Ellis, hopefully this up coming week I can come over. cause for some reason, my car will not find idle at all now, It just started today after I left TTI. I am kinda wondering if you might of acidently threw in my old stock tune. lol. Cause that is the way it is running right now... No joke.

Awesome meeting you guys today. I also got a bit red in the face from all the sun. I hope we can draw some more LS-based Caddies out next time! Here's my dyno run:

If you mean Pat's Vid...I'll have it ready as soon as I get all the names/cars/results so I can put them into the vid.
I counted 32 cars on the rollers today.
I had fun, the weather couldn't have been more perfect. The food was a great addition to the overall event. Thanks to George's wife(who's name I've already forgotten...sorry) for grilling the meat. The Chili was great too. Once you got used to the heat it went down very well.
