Brian,

Its pretty easy. You just unhook the spindle and put the LS1 setup on. Be careful who you buy it from the first one I got one as bent pretty bad and had to pay 150 for one locally. I believe I used the LT1 brake lines but don't quote me on that it was like 6 years ago that I did that swap....
