Props to Ellis!
Well I finally got my car to the point for some tuning.
I had thought it was running pretty damned good and that the tune would just probably make sure things were safe.
So last night I ran upto Ellis's to have him do some of his work on my car.
After a few reflashes, tweeks to tb and a few other things we go for another test drive.
It is almost 11pm and there's almost no traffic in sight for 1 mile on highway 2.
Ellis tells me to go ahead and put it in 3rd at about 60 which is about 3500 rpm's and lay into it.
Car immediately sets you back in your seat, at about 75 or 4200 rpm's it starts smoking the tires! Scared the crap outta me so I start feathering it upto about 105...mind you it's trying really REALLY hard to bake the tires this whole time.
Before his tweeking and fine tuning the car would rip them in 3rd but not nearly as effortlessly and much higher in the RPM's than it did last night.
The SOTP difference is night and day! The surging the car had is pretty much gone...i'm thinking the recirc valve may me too small for the pulley i'm running but am researching it right now. Running at about 11lbs and no KR at all! and the LTFT's are all right about 0, mind you they were sitting at a minimum of 15 before tune.
Still a little more work to do with it because I was informed that the MAF was pegging out at about 4500 rpm's! I ordered the parts needed to take care that issue today.
All in all this thing feels like a whole new car for the 2nd time in 2 weeks!
Thank you Ellis.

Blew out the belt tensioner today. I think it was an issue before and it just now decided to let go. Got another one should be here tomorrow along with a bigger blower pulley. Going to turn the boost down a tad.

Got the new tensioner today.
As well as going from a 3.45 to 3.55 blower pulley. Not much difference in size but i'm hoping that it will help with my belt issue. Besides if it lowered the boost 1 or 2 lbs would be just fine by me.
Note to Ellis:
Grabbing the interior door handle when the car kicks at 100ish will not save your life nor does it help straighten the rear out!
