What did you do to the one you just got?

I can't find my old one, must have thrown it away. I did find a new 3.85" 8 rib blower pulley....

I got one from EPP but it turned out the one they sent must be for another type of vehicle. It is larger in diameter...which could be overcome with a longer belt but the width is about 1/3" wider and it hits stuff.

Bob will get me the right one monday but i've been researching "bad ati tensioners" and apparently i'm not the only one who's had this problem.

One solution people have come up with is getting one at the junkyard off some kinda truck. Apparently there is a comparable OEM type out there.....now if I can just find the type of vehicle they come off of i'll order a new one of those.

The one on the left....

It's approx 38mm wide by 70mm in diameter. 17mm centerhole through the bearing.....
