Default finally doing my first mods!

So this weekend the car is going into the transmission shop. Mods to come:

Custom Built 3400-3600 Stall converter

Shift Kit

Tranny Work done

Trans Cooler.

Finally getting some mods done!!!! Best part is its costing me nothing
More to come this summer. (Exhaust)


Anybody have an idea of what kind of ET I'll pick up from the mods?

converter should drop over a half second. mine was good for over a .6 drop in the quarter.

yep that would be me... alos have a nightfire and woodburn points series stickers on the bottom sides of the rear window

i also found out today that the shop doing the work will be checking the entire drivetrain... including the rear end

Ah Memories. I remember my First 4th gen Converter. . . and the $220 tow bill home when it gave it up on the 60ft mark of SIR

Never had a rear end leave me like that.

B&M Conveter plus 9Psi of boost and a healthy 1-2 shift equaled ripping the center hub out of the B&M POS. Hence the tow home. Got it to the shop at around 5pm Feb 14th 1999. Drove it home at 8pm.

No Steph was not impressed missing her Valitine Dinner for a Conveter swap and transmission cleaning

ouch supposedly the shop is checking my entire drivetrain from the tranny back so we'll see
