Thought's On This SS Spoiler?

My buddy with a Camaro is looking for an SS spoiler and stumbled upon this.

http://www.carid.com/2002-chevy-cama...ler-41496.html

Looks decent to me, but I don't have a lot of experience/knowledge with SS spoilers. Of course I know that OEM spoilers have the best fitment, and that is another option for him as well. But I was just looking for some input. What are your thoughts on this spoiler/manufacturer? I did a search and also came across the names "thespoilercompany" and "Spoiler Depot" which seem to be decent aftermarket spoilers as well.

I'd love to hear your thoughts or any experience though.

Thanks in advance,

Rob

go find an OEM one for sale....fits perfect don't have to worry about misalignment issues and quality...

^ My thoughts exactly. Hit the classifieds.

thespoilercompany is widely known so far as i could tell to provide the next best alternative to an OEM SS spoiler.

This can be a huge Hit or miss..I've seen horrible fittings..and I've seen decent fittings...never great....but to each their own.

Thanks for all the input guys. I'll give my buddy the word that he should just find an OEM one.

I think a major reason he was looking at this one was becuase it's around $400 shipped and painted, and he didn't want to have to deal with getting one repainted of a different color.

I guess I'll just have to scower the classifieds and find a black one.
