2002 ss - lt1 front I know many people out there will not like this but each to his own. Some of the members here know that I currently have a 97' Z28 with a 396 lt1 stroker...that project is near completed. So i decided to start another project. I love the power of the ls1 but i'm not a fan of that front nose so i decided to buy a 2002 SS sebring silver camaro and swap out the front nose to the lt1 front. here is what my garage looks like now. My goal - to have two identical looking camaro's one 97' Z28 with a 396 lt1 and the other being a 02' SS with, well i have not got to that point yet, but it will not be a stock ls1 |

I like the lt front clip alot, but i could never do that, it kinda takes away the ss to me, just my opinion its your ride i could careless in you paint it green on 32inch rims |

1 Attachment(s) I want to see how this pans out! The LT1 Camaro's in stock form looked way more bad ass than the LS1 Camaro's in stock form. But when they're modified with the whistler lights, lowered, clean paint, maybe stripes and nice looking rims, an LS1 Camaro will look sweet too. But then again...there is always this.... https://ls1tech.com/forums/attachmen...1&d=1335325728 |

That is the full potential of a sick looking LT1 F-body. I would trade my LS1 in a heartbeat for that car. |
As someone put it in njfboa it will be a wolf in sheep's clothing. |
NOTHING beats the 96-97 SS in the looks department. |

love the lt1 front end. there have been threads in the past, but the issue was the lt1 front bumper/hood clearing the airbox of the ls1 motor. have you looked into this yet?? tony |

Agreed. The LT looks like a pointy version of the turd gen front end. |
LS1 front end is too common, see it everywhere. I do like how the 98+ cars have a resemblance to the 70-73 cars though. |
