A few folks have asked for specifics about the job so here is the invoice.

And here is a little progress. Got the barn doors put together, rear quarter glass in, tail lights in, and driver side front door assembled with new felts.

I will be interested in seeing what it looks like in 6 months when the paint is completely dry. From what it looks like in the pics there wasn't enough sanding done after the body work. Filler primer can only do so much.

Maybe it was just the pics.

Me too I guess. But I don't see how there could be not enough sanding? They sanded the entire truck.

They didn't feather edge the body work out properly. Looked like the last grit sandpaper they used was 220. So you could see it through the paint. When i pointed it out to the owner his response was, "well what do you want me to do about that?" They sanded over my third brake light. There was some sand it the paint in a few areas. And there were three runs. And when they took it back for a few days to fix everything, they only fixed one run, did nothing about the sand, made no improvement to the body work and they didn't replace the brake light.

Yikes that sucks man. I dont know what grit they used and where on mine, but i did find a piece of 320 DA paper in the truck so i know they at least went to that.

I don't think you can complain at all about getting that done for 1300 dollars and some change. Looks great for what it is! Enjoy driving it.

Got the passenger side glass all done! All thats left now is the driver side rear door glass, then the barn door gaskets, then wheel arches, molding, and bumpers. Getting close!
