Default Trans AM "Rolling Fenders"

Hey everyone I have 98 trans am ws6 36,000 miles, I have new wheels on my ride and my car is lowered but my back wheels still slightly rub my rear fenders if im goin fast enough on the highway and hit a dip or even somtime on backroads on big enough bumps also. I live in mpls Minnesota and was wondering if any of you had a suggestion on where I could get my fenders rolled around here from a place or someone I could trust??? Or if any of you have or know someone with the fender rolling tool around here it would be much appreciated!! I know theres other cheap ways with a bat and heat gun and everything but my paint and body on my car is near mint and I would like to take the safer approach so no damage is done.
Thanks!

There is a guy on here that rents one out (69TA), but I would check here: MidwestLSX as I believe theres a local guy that rents one or does it at a body shop.
