I've never been in an accident, or hit that I know of, but lately I've noticed my rear bumper's lines aren't flushed or close enough to the the other body parts, I've seen other T/as and whatnot and I can tell a difference. Is this easy to fix?

maybe someone tapped your car, not hard enough to do any real damage, but enough to damage the bracket holding the bumper to the rear quarter panel.

I would say yes easy fix. It has been years since I have had one off but what I would do is see it you can just adjust it before replacing anything, a lot of bumper brackets can be bent back into place with minimal effort.
