How did it hold up?
My 99 TA has had the issue return. I've thought about just doing a carbon fiber wrap
I've been through getting the sail panel fixed back in 2009 on my 99TA. The repair has held pretty well for ten years but it is starting to bubble again. The car still has the original panel. It was basically prepped and re-painted. The issue return within weeks. No replacement panel was available at that time per the body shop. The second time the body shop dug out the center of the panel then filled and sanded it smooth and repaired. The repaint held up pretty well but the remaking outer shell of the panel has started to bubble.

This has been covered in the sticky above, but I know it's a huge thread so searching through it can be a pain. But a wrap will not help any, the bubbles will still form under the wrap when the roof is exposed to sun/heat. Panel replacement (with proper underside prep of the panel) is the only way to actually fix this issue permanently.
