Hood won't latch down completely?!
 

I can shut the hood down and it will latch on to the safety hook, but when I press down a little harder to completely close it, it will not latch down to the part that actually holds it down tight, flush with the other body panels.

I can manually press the hood release hook down with my finger to where it will lock thus requiring you to pull the hood release lever inside the car. But, the hood won't actually do it when you try to shut it. Any thoughts as to why or how to fix would be appreciated!

latch might need 2 be adjusted

i agree, the latch bolts might have let the latch slip down a little.
