Ok... I've been searching for way too long. I'm not finding much. I'm about to paint my SS, and I've yet to decide which color. I think I've narrowed it down to three.

Cadillac Diamond Pearl w/Flat black Berger, Wheels, Hockey Stripes, & Roof

Electron Blue Pearl (Honda color, from 99-00 Civic Si) w/White Hockey Stripes, and body color Roof and Berger
I cannot find a single Camaro painted in this color anywhere... Anyone have any pics?

I can't really find any info on this color. I know the Chromalusion series is the Chameleon stuff, which isn't very cool in my book, but after seeing this picture...

... I am in love with that color. A non-changing version of it would be great. Does anyone know anything about this car, or the color?

What do you guys think? I'm definitely open to suggestions. BTW the car has a Mecham 4-port Hood ( http://www.mechamperformance.com/d_i...lueFrontLG.jpg ) and will be getting a Mecham spoiler before it gets sprayed ( http://www.mechamperformance.com/d_docs/s_CAMg4f.html ). It also has Black ZR1s and T-Tops. And this interior ( https://ls1tech.com/forums/removed-locked-thread-graveyard/771981-new-black-white-leather-pics.html ) which kinda limits my color choices, though I think it'll look good with some blue colors.

Finally found a bit of info on that car in the pic... it was a feature in GMHTP. The paint is Dupont Chromalusion Blue Steel (KK785). It look horrible at other angles... does anyone know of a normal blue that would match that, or how I could come up with it?

wow thats a tough choice! i would go the pearl white, how are you going to paint the hood? the hockey stripes would be a 50/50 type of thing. love/hate.

either one looks good IMO

i was always a fan of the Le Mans Blue they used on the Z06 Le Mans special edition C5s.

My truck is getting painted Impulse Blue Metallic. IMO, not many other blue colors can touch it.

I thought about trying to do some kind of stripe on that hood... asked around some, and I've come up with nothing that would look decent. I think the hood's gonna stay a solid color with the grills blacked out.

I love that Chromalusion blue, too... just need a non-chameleon version!

yeah i would leave the hood the body color. any stripes and it wouldnt look right.

have you thought of Sonic Blue? i think its a mustang color but..





Maybe put some small metallic flakes in it?

That Sonic Blue is ok... but it's never really caught my eye like the other three I've mentioned.
Just got an email back from a Dupont Color Specialist. He said the closest match he could find to the Chromalusion series Blue Steel in the pic, is Dupont code BM099, so I'm going to be looking into that.
