Default WTF.....Overseas Atrocity?

I found this firebird while hunting for pics of Aeroforce gauges believe it or not. While I'll certainly give the person credit for the fiberglass work and such they did....but why do this to a firebird. I hunted through the parent directory from the one pic and found the progress of their work. I love the purple color but that's it. I'm not sure what country this car is in either.

Anyway.....hold your food down....

And the Final Product

The after shots of that car are pretty impressive. Sure it looks like a ricer, but damn that is a lot of fiberglass work.

if the front bumper were toned down a bit (and by "bit" i mean alot) and the spoiler didn't look like it came off of something paul walker drives while starring at his passenger and not the road then it wouldn't be too bad. impressive work tho.

Yeah I'm impressed with all the fiberglass work. I found some more pics of it. Looks like he had it a few different ways before he did all that work

In a folder called history were these smaller pics:

And an above/back shot of the hood louvers

He wanted a ricer look, but muscle to back it up.
Not my cup of tea, but I'm sure it's the perfect hybrid for him

That is a serious amount of work, goes to show just how flexible the Fbody platform is in many ways.

The first pictures had me thinking nooooooooooooooo but the final outcome is impressive and distinct.
It's almost an exaggerated Alpha front end - I can't quite nail that down yet.

I can't tell whether it's a Formula or a V6 from the pics of when he first got it. The swirl wheels make me think it's a V6. I also think the owner is in Finland. Did anyone notice the car started out as a hard top?

yeah definately some real awesome work done there and i noticed how it was converted to a t top car. but i mean honestly its not that hard. take the top panel off and drop the headliner and the t top panel is under it.

give credit where credit is due, the guys got some skills. i mean, ive seen a few attempts at making fbods rice but he succeed. its very close to being able to sell it off as a ricer. i still dont like it though, but he knows his way around that fiberglass. my biggest complaint = exhaust tips.

i wonder if he converted it to FWD too?

Yea..... I've seen that floating around here before.

Impressive work..... but I don't care for the wing.... and I don't like the grill on the front nose. To me, Firebird and Trans Am should be bottom breathers with no grill.

Impressive, not over the top "rice" as some would say. I wish I had the skill and knowledge to put that much work and effort as they did to their ride.

I do not like the color, hood, or the three sets of lights in the nose, but there is alot of time in that car.

To each his own.... but WOW!! You have to admit that there was an *** load of work and the craftsmanship seems to be quality.
