From Patriot's website:
Our custom 5 axis CNC machined new GM castings make these heads a must have for any performance oriented GM LS series engine. These heads provide up to a 65 cfm improvement over stock OEM versions. The 72cc chambers are great for lowering compression for applications where a power adder will be used. On a stock LS1, the compression will drop from 10-1 to approximately 9.0-1 with these heads. The Stage II heads feature 21-4N 2.055”/1.57” stainless steel valves, our Original Patriot Gold Dual .650” Lift springs, titanium retainers, Super 7 machined locks, custom honed bronze guides, machined spring bases, and viton rubber seals.

I'm a 6.0 F/I guy but I would have to think that even with a stock cam, you would be looking at 25-35 RWHP over a set of 243's. The potential is 400+ RWHP once you add a cam and exhaust.
If you have everything stripped off to do a head install, I'd pick up a used cam and install it while was at it. You would save yourself a lot of time down the road.
