I have a Comp Cams custom blower cam for an LT1:

236/248 .544/.544 (w/1.5 rockers) 114 LSA

This is the cam I ran in my car, EXTREMELY streetable, made 670 rwhp through a T56 on 14 psi. Has somewhere around 1000 miles and probably 30 passes on it.

Comp Cams "R" roller lifters, ran with the above cam.
