I was cleaning up the garage and came across this. It is a intake elbow that I had on my tbss when I had my carb style l92 intake on. It was not on the truck for very long. No longer have the truck so no longer need this. Here is the link to what it is.

this is just a 4150 flange correct? It shouldn't be L92 specific or am I mistaken?

Yes it is a 4150 flange not l92 specific. It will take any throttle body. I was goint to use a LS7 on it.
