I found a part number on them and it's 3854. I am pretty sure that they are 243 heads. I tried calling patriot to confirm it with them and they didn't answer. Hopefully I can get ahold of them soon so I can get all of the details. Thanks for the patience.

Alright I just got some info from patriot about the heads. They are stage 3 243 heads and the diameters are 2.08/1.60/64cc.
