Pistons have about 400 miles on them , they are forged ,, im going with a LQ4 and these obviously wont fit

Default pistons

What size of rods are needed; stock lenght? Any idea of the CR with those pistons and 243 (64cc) heads?

compression would be close to 10/1 with 243's. you would need a stroker crank (4in)with stock stroke 6.125 rods.

Or ill sell the whole rotating assembly , callies compstar crank and H beam rods
