Brand new in the box. I threw away the backing pieces for the tweeters as they will not work with the GTO dash and they were very cheesy. Took everything out and tested it for correct operation and then reboxed it. Has sat on the shelf for over a year. $130 shipped and they are yours. Will sound awesome hooked up to an amp.
