I have a built LT4 motor for sale. It is a true LT4 block bored 20 over. The shortblock is assembled but the heads and intake are not on it, if you question anything you can look at it before bolting it together.

The motor specs are as follows: ($2500 for just the short block)
LT4 block .020 over (spent 800 on block without machine work)
Cola race crank (stock stroke)
Eagle H beam rods (6.0 in stroke)
ARP rod bolts and main studs
Diamond custom pistons (#11130) 10 to 1 depending on heads (they are a forged 2618 aluminum piston's)

Heads are Dart 215's fully upgraded ($1500)
They have dual springs for a solid mechanical roller good to in the .700 lift
I believe they have titanium retainers, don't remember 100%
The come assembled with guide plates, one box has been opened to look at it the other is still sealed in the box
Heads cost me over $2k with all the bells and whistles
They also have boost valves in them. I believe they are a 1 piece stainless steel valve.
Additional specs:

Valve Length: 4.890"
Valve Stem Diameter: .3415", 11/32"
Valve Guides: .439" OD Mag-Bronze (.002" press)
Valve Guide Length: 2.100"

Valve Seats: Hardened Ductile Iron, .006" press

Valve Seat Angles: Intake 32°, 45°, 60°, 70°; Exhaust 37°, 45°, radius

The motor was assembled with the idea of making 800-900 hp and the heads were chosen to support that.

I do also have a 230/236 blower cam. I don't remember the specs 100% but I'd throw it in for 100 bucks.

In addition to this, I have hardware to convert the LT1 over to an LS1 PCM. This kit includes the following:
Timing cover, ls1 crank/cam sensor and adapter plate and everything needed to complete the conversion (extension pigtails, connectors, ls1 knock sensor.... all the little stuff).
All the details can be found here and I still have receipts. http://www.eficonnection.com/eficonnection/24xLT1.aspx
I have an LS1 PCM also. I do have a harness made for it but want to keep it for my current project, I can make a harness for your setup as well.
I have ~1000 in just swap parts. I will sell kit minus PCM and Harness for $650.
Kit with PCM for $725.
Kit with PCM and Harness, 100% plug and play. $1300 if you provide harness.

I also have the following. Stock LT1 fuel rails $25
F-body LT1 K-member - $40.
LT1 Fuel Rails upgraded with return port - $60
I also have full LT1 accessory drive - $100
Vortech T-Trim blower brackets - $50
LT1 Rack and Pinion - $50 (no leaks works well)

I will separate it all or sell it complete. I have TONS of pictures wayyyy tooo many to put on here please email me and I will respond promptly with pictures of what you want to look at. Very motivated to sell, need the cash to finish my other project that took priority

I will sell the entire thing as a package deal for $5k.... Basically all you would need is an ls1 harness and I will trade you mine. (harness needs to be from a 99-02 f body). Injectors, lifters and pushrods, and a cam depending on what you decide. The headers get the job done. The intention was to be running below 10's with this setup in front of a TH400 and Ford 9" in a Trans Am. I would also recommend a super victor modified manifold. That was the plan just never got around to it.

Make me offers on anything/everything. I am negotiable
