Everything included: black box for stand alone logging, OBDII cable, USB Cable, box, I can burn a CD with the software if you want it (you can also download the software online), original serial code card, and 3 tuning licenses.
This is the V1 not the V2 version.

V1 is essentially a more simplistic version of the V2. They both still use the same computer software (EFI Live V7.5), but the biggest difference is that the v1 lacks an lcd display. To my knowledge the tuning capabilities are nearly identical.
