Billet alum. catch can that I had used on my LS2 engine for about a year. In great shape just needs to be polished up a bit. Bolts directly to cylinder head and has correct hoses for plug and play. $75 shipped anywhere in 48 states.

If you have an LS6 Valley cover it will...if not, you'll need to run a longer line to the PCV port.
