I have a set of 243 heads that I had picked up and intended to have PnP but decided to go with something else. There is one exhaust bolt that is broken off but that should be easy to remove if you just weld a nipple on the end and use some vise grips. There is also some very slight damage to one of the intake ports, however it is inside of the gasket area and should cause no sealing issues.

Asking price is $400 plus shipping. Thanks!
