I have a 5.3 drop out (complete) engine and trans (from same truck) The motor is out of a 2001 chevy truck that was in a wreck. it will include part of the air box with MAP, manifolds, O2 sensors, harness, all accessories, starter, pcm ect. I think the only thing that was cut was the AC lines. everything else was unplugged. $1000

um not sure on the heads, I have not opened up the valve covers.

Shipping would have to be via truck, do you have a business with a doc it could be shipped to?
