Do you still have the cd changer? Mine won't read cds anymore and I'd like to replace it. Also I'm interested in the iPod connector. You said it plugs into the cd changer spot on the head unit?

As for the ipod control, it goes into the back of the head unit where the cd changer went. That way, when you hit play or source on the steering wheel, instead of it cycling to the cd changer, it cycles to the ipod. Up and down will then cycle through the playlist on the ipod.
